We have 2 Manufacturing facility with total built up area of 85000 + Sqft area and open area of 3500000 sft for future expansion. The facility is fully equipped to Manufacture and Test Transformers up to 400 KV Class. Our winding shop has horizontal winding machines up to 15 MT with wide range of collapsible formers to maintain accurate and concentric coil diameters. We have Vacuum ovens for individual coil drying and Vapour Phase Drying Oven for Core coil assembly drying. Our VPD is 9 meter in length which is capable to handle Transformers up to 500 MVA, 400 KV Class. Our Testing lab has most advanced Impulse Generator 1800 KV, 180 Kj with AC divider, Separate Source HV Tester 150 KV, Motor Generator set, Capacitor bank, latest equipment’s like Power analyser, SFRA, DFR, Tan Delta Kits, Vaisala Dew point and other standard Testing equipment’s for accurate performance measurement of Transformers.
